The Culture Builders Profiling Tool is intended to be used by trained individuals that have demonstrated their ability to understand the content and the results, that they can conduct a meaningful feedback session and help individuals and groups agree on concrete actions that will see them increase their capacity in the five areas measured.

Our training programme splits into two approaches:

Open training sessions – we regularly run one-day programmes that individuals can attend and become accredited in using the tool. This appeals to a wide range of roles, including Coaches, Consultants, Communication professionals and L&D practitioners. If demand is sufficient we will run one-day programmes that are aimed solely at those working full-time within organisations.

Specific training requirements – on request we will deliver a training programme to groups within one organisation, this allows for more specific tailoring of the content to fit the company’s existing activity and for the group to discuss and agree how to use the tool more widely.

What’s required
Training for the tool is most suited to those that have had previous experience with similar measurement tools, have conducted feedback or coaching sessions in the past and have an interest in developmental approaches for leaders and managers.

What does the day entail?
The day is a mix of presentations about the core content and hands-on activity.

  • Gives you a good overview of the content and the background to the roles
  • Ensures you are comfortable with the language and how it relates to individual performance
  • Covers the report content and how to interpret results
  • Uses your own results as the basis for learning
  • Gives you a framework to deliver results to others
  • Provides tools for building practical actions with the feedback recipient
  • Trains you on the online tool use - which allows you to run individual, 360 and group profiles
  • Manual and all documentation provided

Sessions specifically for people working within an organisation in either an L&D, OD, HR or Communications role. Typically professionals in these roles will use the tool to internally coach and develop managers.

Session for consultants, coaches and independent professionals who provide services to other organisations. This gives an additional tool for adding value to existing clients and/or provides a lever for use with new ones.

To attend the open session there is an admin cost of £200 (to cover expenses, including your own profile, full manual and initial
starter credits).
